Desired Experience and Skills:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in schools, home health, general healthcare, or teletherapy settings Strong ability to assess and deliver compensatory services based on individualized student needs Confidence working independently with a small caseload Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging learning environments for K-8 students Excellent communication skills for collaboration with school teams and families

Responsibilities:

Provide targeted occupational therapy services to a caseload of 4 students, ensuring compliance with legal and educational requirements Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed Deliver compensatory therapy sessions, adjusting as necessary for maximum impact Collaborate closely with educators, school staff, and families to promote student success
