Qualifications:

Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist Prior experience or strong interest in working in school-based or pediatric settings Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative school team Flexibility to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students' needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure integrated support Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings as required Provide direct and consultative therapy sessions in classroom and small-group settings Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals Experience the fulfillment of making a genuine difference in students' lives while working in a supportive and inclusive school community.
