Qualifications:

Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy license required Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Prior pediatric or school-based experience highly preferred Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and determine students therapy needs Develop tailored intervention plans that address fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies within the school environment Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate with educational staff and families Serve as a resource for teachers, providing recommendations for classroom modifications and supports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Enjoy a supportive working arrangement designed for your success.
