Job Description

PRN | Occupational Therapist | Camden, TN Volunteer Home Care is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services throughout the Camden, TN area. Responsibilities include:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Improve patients' independence with daily living activities Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment Provide fine and gross motor skill training Address cognitive, sensory, and perceptual deficits Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and fall prevention Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the care team Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in the electronic medical record Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences as needed Qualifications Required Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or its equivalent Current Tennessee Occupational Therapist license Current driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Preferred Two years of Occupational Therapy experience Home Health experience Apply today and join the Volunteer Home Care therapy team serving Camden and the surrounding communities!
