  • PRN Grundy, Franklin, and Coffee counties and surrounding area Per visit rates: $70

We are growing in the area and looking to add an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to our clinical home-health field team. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence in the home setting.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program Current Occupational Therapy / OT state license within the state of practice Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience Home Health / Oasis experience required Current CPR certification Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation, current driver's license and automobile insurance
