Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity delivering occupational therapy services virtually to students in grades K-12. This contract position focuses on providing essential support and interventions entirely online, enhancing students' success and participation within educational settings through creative, evidence-based approaches. Your expertise will empower students to develop vital skills for academic and daily life, collaborating virtually with educational teams and families. If you have a background in school-based occupational therapy and are passionate about leveraging teletherapy to broaden your impact, this position offers the flexibility and purpose you're seeking. What we're seeking: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Prior experience delivering OT services in a school-based environment (K-12 preferred) Familiarity with online platforms and virtual service delivery Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to engage, motivate, and adapt sessions for a diverse population of students Commitment to collaborative problem solving with educators and families What you'll do: Provide virtual occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for K-12 caseload Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Document all encounters and maintain timely, detailed records in compliance with school and professional standards Collaborate remotely with school teams, including teachers, administrators, and support staff Guide families and educators in evidence-based strategies that support student participation and skill development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning as needed Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, structured hours (6-7 per week plus 10 weeks of compensatory time), and a caseload that allows dedicated attention to each student.
