We are seeking a passionate, full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team. This role features a strong emphasis on treating children on the Autism spectrum who face complex sensory and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality pediatric therapy that changes the trajectory of a child's development. Design custom interventions for children of a variety of diagnoses to ease daily challenges. De-escalate behavioral challenges and build regulatory strategies for sensory needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary peers to ensure holistic, family-centered care. Empower parents with actionable home strategies to extend the impact of your sessions. Maintain accurate documentation to track, celebrate, and accelerate client progress. Position Requirements Valid Texas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or COTA. Deep passion for pediatric therapy and making a measurable impact on young lives. Proven ability to manage and redirect complex sensory and behavioral challenges. Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with children and families alike. Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Midland, TX before starting work. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with pediatric handwriting interventions and fine motor delays. Strong background in tracking and treating developmental delays. Specialized training or experience in pediatric feeding therapy. Familiarity with advanced sensory integration techniques. Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
