In this full-time contract position, youll provide dedicated support for a K-12 caseload of approximately 20 students, working to enhance their academic and daily living success. Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT licensure in Virginia and up-to-date clearances for school-based work Previous experience in a school environment, ideally serving K-12 students Confidence in supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) Strong skills in assessment, progress monitoring, and individualized treatment planning Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to students across K-12 Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise, mentor, and support two COTAs in the daily delivery of services Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to ensure successful intervention strategies Maintain required documentation, track student progress, and adjust plans as needed Foster a supportive learning environment where students can develop fine motor, sensory, and life skills This contract role offers the chance to make a significant impact while building positive rapport with both students and staff.
