Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health, PRN/Contract AMANA Home Healthcare Agency - Manassas, VA & surrounding areas AMANA Home Healthcare Agency is looking for a compassionate, licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home visits for adult clients in the Manassas area and nearby Northern Virginia communities.
Pay:
$70 per visit
Schedule:
Flexible, PRN/1099 contract. You choose the visits that fit your schedule.
Responsibilities:
Complete in-home OT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Help clients build independence in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation Recommend home safety modifications and adaptive equipment Educate clients and families, and coordinate care with our team Complete accurate, timely visit documentation
Requirements:
Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license Current CPR/BLS certification Reliable transportation Home health experience preferred (at least 1 year) Professional liability insurance (for contractors)
Pay:
$49.85 - $60.03 per hour
