Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Active, valid OT license (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families Ability to develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Flexibility and adaptability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Open to travel professionals seeking long-term assignments

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities within a school context Develop, document, and implement intervention plans tailored to each students goals Collaborate with teachers, speech/language pathologists, and other professionals to integrate therapy into educational programs Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams Monitor and document student progress to ensure effectiveness of interventions Educate families and staff on strategies and adaptive equipment to support student success Enjoy a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere with benefits that include health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
