Key Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school environments Proficient in assessing and implementing therapy for children ages 215, with an emphasis on elementary grades Ability to design, adapt, and apply therapeutic interventions tailored to a diverse range of student needs Effective communicator able to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Comfortable managing a varied caseload and documenting student progress according to school policies and compliance requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute individualized and group therapy plans supporting students academic and functional goals Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings with evidence-based recommendations Offer guidance to staff and caregivers to foster success both in and out of the classroom Monitor progress and adjust strategies in response to each student's unique needs Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development initiatives Why consider this role?
