Job Description

This contract opportunity focuses on delivering essential OT services to a secondary-level caseload, ensuring students receive individualized support to reach their academic and personal goals. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Valid state OT licensure Previous experience in school settings, particularly with adolescents, preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff Commitment to fostering students' growth, independence, and participation
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for secondary students Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate OT interventions into the classroom Deliver direct and consultative OT services both in individual and group settings Monitor and document student progress in accordance with IEP goals and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team decision-making, and provide recommendations Educate teachers and families on strategies and accommodations to promote student success This role offers the flexibility of a three-day workweek, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking work-life balance while making a measurable impact in the school community.
