Qualifications:

Valid Vermont Occupational Therapy (OT) Certificate Experience or interest in working with students across grades K-12 Ability to manage a district-wide caseload, supporting multiple school sites Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering inclusion and student-centered practices

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services and consultations for students throughout the district Assess and evaluate students needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and support IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student engagement and access Conduct progress monitoring, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team meetings Deliver evidence-based interventions that help students build functional, motor, and sensory processing skills Travel as needed between four district buildings Enjoy the flexibility of the school schedule and the reward of supporting diverse learners throughout the academic year.
