Students Responsibilities:

Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation Conduct evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

Must hold Washington State OT license Must hold ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate) Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Must be fingerprinted through
