Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Take your passion for helping students to the next level as a full-time Occupational Therapist in a supportive school environment. This contract position offers an immediate start and the chance to collaborate with education professionals to create meaningful change in students' academic and daily lives.

What We're Looking For:

Current Washington state Occupational Therapy license ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services Ability to effectively support and encourage students of varying abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Availability for a full-time, 37.5-hour work week Willingness to work at 1-2 school sites as needed

Role Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy assessments and individualized intervention to students in accordance with IEP goals Develop treatment plans to enhance participation in classroom and school activities Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress as required Participate in IEP meetings and assist with transition planning Adapt OT services based on student assessments and feedback
