Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current OT licensure (or eligibility) for Wisconsin required Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities Enthusiasm for adapting to new learning environments and student needs Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct assessments and deliver one-on-one or small group OT interventions Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress notes Design and implement creative activities to help students achieve IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
