Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine has an opportunity for a Full Time Occupational Therapist with their CHT credential, to cover at our Oshkosh and Appleton locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

Restore patient's function, improve their mobility and decrease their pain with the goal of re-establishing the patient's prior functional level Evaluates, plans and administers occupational therapy programs Prepares reports on patient's progress All other duties as necessary for patient care and related activities.
