In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health and behavioral support to individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and substance use challenges. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve greater independence, improve their quality of life, and foster resilience through personalized care plans and evidence-based interventions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals across various age groups, especially youth, while working within a supportive and innovative environment. Responsibilities Provide individualized skill-building services according to each client's treatment plan. Help clients develop coping, communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation skills. Teach practical daily living skills, including organization, budgeting, personal hygiene, and healthy routines. Support clients in accessing community resources and building healthy relationships. Provide services in approved home, community, or office settings. Complete accurate, timely service notes and progress documentation. Communicate client progress and concerns to the clinical supervisor. Follow agency procedures for crisis response, confidentiality, and professional boundaries. Attend required training, supervision, and staff meetings. Qualifications Education and experience that meet applicable program requirements. Experience in behavioral health, human services, or community support preferred. Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A respectful, patient, and person-centered approach. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license when travel is required. Ability to complete required background screenings and training.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 - 45.0 per week
