We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team at a Day Habilitation Program in Dayton, New Jersey. • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and provide individualized occupational therapy services in accordance with each individual's established plan of care.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy treatment
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OT
• Support functional independence in ADLs, mobility, fine and gross motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing
• Accurately document treatment sessions and patient progress in a timely manner
• Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and day program staff
• Maintain professional, ethical, and compliant documentation practices
• Follow all applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards Qualifications
• Current New Jersey COTA license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Experience or interest in working with adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
