Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Active and current state licensure as a COTA is required Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within educational settings Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs and individualized education plans (IEPs) Professionalism and organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation with accuracy Flexibility and openness to travel, as this position welcomes candidates willing to relocate or commute

Key Responsibilities:

Support the occupational therapy needs of students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Deliver direct therapy services to help students develop or improve fine motor, self-care, sensory processing, and functional classroom skills Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to each childs learning goals and progress Maintain accurate records and contribute valuable input during IEP meetings and team discussions Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all students
