Efficiently complete clinical and billing documentation, ensuring timely submission. Implement the prescribed Occupational Therapy program, restoring and maintaining patient functionality using a variety of techniques. Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist when evaluation data exceeds COTA expertise. Establish and pursue short and long-term goals tailored to individual patient needs, adapting treatment techniques as necessary. Maintain a safe, compliant, and healthy therapy environment, adhering to organization standards and regulations.
