Key Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active COTA license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working with children or within school settings preferred Familiarity with IEP documentation and implementation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

What You'll Do:

Provide approximately three hours per week of direct services to students, focusing on their occupational therapy needs as identified in their IEPs Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other student support staff to ensure comprehensive care Participate in IEP meetings, supporting creation and adjustment of student plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each student's progress and session outcomes Engage in ongoing, professional communication with Dr. Bonner and the rest of the educational support staff Contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen therapy services and overall student achievement
