Key Qualifications:

Valid COTA license in the state Prior experience in a school setting, especially with adolescents Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with occupational therapists and educators Ability to adapt interventions to fit individual student needs Proficient with case documentation and progress tracking

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions to middle and high school students Coordinate closely with virtual and on-site OTs to help develop and implement therapy plans Maintain thorough and timely session records and progress notes Communicate with educational teams to support students IEP goals and participation in daily school activities Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student independence and participation
