This role involves assisting in the implementation of treatment plans to address patients' occupational therapy needs, supporting the development of daily living skills, and documenting patient progress.

Qualifications:
- Hold an active or eligible Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Licensure in Arizona (required by the start date).
- Maintain current CPR Certification, Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, Article 9 Training (required upon start date, new-hires eligible to receive support to complete requirements)
- One year of experience working as a COTA in pediatrics (Preferred)
Essential Functions:
- Treat a diverse caseload, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, and other genetic or chromosomal conditions.
- Document SOAP notes and assist with quarterly reports using an intuitive EMR system.
- Travel from home to home within your defined geographic area to provide services to patients on your caseload.
