Overview:
We're hiring a COTA to join our dynamic rehab team at Arvin Post Acute, a Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility just outside Bakersfield. Help our residents regain independence and function through meaningful therapy work in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient treatments under licensed OT direction Accurately document care and progress Communicate with therapy and nursing staff Assist with caregiver training and discharge prep Maintain safety and cleanliness of treatment areas Participate in training and staff in-services
Qualifications:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - California license CPR certified (or ability to obtain) Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
