$42.00-$45.00 per hour Join Our Rehabilitation Team! Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a Part-Time/PRN basis. The COTA will work alongside Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary care team to provide quality, resident-centered therapy services that help residents improve their independence, functional abilities, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist residents with activities designed to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence. Implement individualized treatment plans based on residents' needs and goals. Document treatment sessions accurately and timely. Monitor resident progress and communicate observations to the Occupational Therapist and care team. Provide education and support to residents and caregivers as appropriate. Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents. Qualifications Current COTA certification and applicable state licensure/registration. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
