We're a growing pediatric therapy practice based in Westlake Village, serving children and families throughout the Conejo Valley and surrounding communities. Our team of multidisciplinary clinicians know one another by name, collaborate daily, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. We're seeking a talented Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Personalized clinical support You'll work closely with the rest of our OT team to implement individualized plans of care and provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment. Our team is available for collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing clinical support. Clinic-based This position is based in our Westlake Village clinic, allowing for greater collaboration, support, and consistency than many traditional pediatric therapy positions. Depending on your interests and availability, there may also eventually be opportunities to provide services in home or community settings. Responsibilities Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement established plans of care and evidence-based interventions Support children in developing fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, self-care, regulation, play, and functional daily living skills Track client progress and communicate relevant observations Collaborate with caregivers and members of the multidisciplinary clinical team Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-centered treatment environment Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current California Occupational Therapy Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure Passion for working with children and families Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Commitment to collaborative, family-centered care Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
