Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant I (COTA) is to provide direct patient care under the direction of a qualified occupational therapist upon physician referral.   • Occupational Therapist Assistant license through the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT) (BLS) Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association Driver License, Valid and in State Automobile Insurance Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Preferred COTA•Occupational Therapy Assistant•Certified through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapist (NBCOT) Address 15050 Imperial Highway Salary 32.
