Job Description

Take on a rewarding role supporting students in a school-based environment as a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in Colorado. This contract opportunity offers a flexible schedule of 8-15 hours per week (1-2 days), ideal for professionals seeking a balance between work and other commitments. Opportunities are available to serve students in Georgetown, Idaho Springs, Evergreen, or Black Hawk, based on your availability and proximity. Relevant experience in educational settings is highly valued, and you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to help students thrive. Qualifications & Experience Desired:
Valid Colorado COTA or OT license required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to manage a small caseload efficiently Flexibility to travel within one of the specified areas Familiarity with school documentation and IEP processes is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service team members Adapt therapy plans to fit student needs and school routines Monitor, document, and report on student progress Maintain accurate records in a timely and organized manner Enjoy the benefits of a flexible part-time schedule that allows you to support students' growth while maintaining your work-life balance.
