Requirements:
Active Colorado COTA license Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans Help patients improve daily living and functional skills Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Why Glenwood Springs?
