Key Qualifications:

Active Colorado license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is strongly preferred Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and families Adaptability to work with an itinerant caseload across various locations and ages Commitment to fostering independence and student success

What Youll Do:

Provide occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an OT, both individually and in group settings Assist with developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to students individual IEP goals Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure comprehensive support in the school environment Document student progress and maintain clear, accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements Travel between sites to reach students across the assigned area This is your chance to support students growth within an encouraging school community, all while working a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
