Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Civita Care Center at MeadowBrook | Granby, CT $30-$33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Civita Care Center at MeadowBrook. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a compassionate clinician who enjoys helping residents strengthen everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and work toward greater independence. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising OT Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress or changes Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $30-$33/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active Connecticut COTA license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care team Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking to build your clinical experience while helping residents achieve greater independence and quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
