Overview Join our experienced Rehab team to provide customized rehabilitation programs to meet the individual needs of a diverse population who no longer require hospitalization, however are in need of short-term rehabilitation in a multi-disciplinary therapeutic environment. Job Summary Under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist, performs standardized assessments, provides assistance in performing structured assessments, and assists in determining, revising and implementing the treatment plan in order to restore and remediate, and to maximize function in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components. Reports to Manager. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program, Associate degree.
