We're seeking compassionate COTAs who are passionate about helping patients regain strength, improve mobility, and maintain their independence where they are most comfortable. Whether you're looking to supplement your current caseload or build a larger patient base over time, we offer the flexibility to work around your availability while providing the support and resources needed to succeed. Pay COTA's can earn between $50-$55 Per diem (Full time OTA's / COTA's earn between $50,000-$100,000 per year ) Responsibilities Provide training related to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation Evaluate cognitive, visual, perceptual, and upper extremity deficits Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications Provide upper extremity strengthening and functional task training Educate patients and caregivers regarding safety, adaptive techniques, and energy conservation Conduct home safety assessments and fall-prevention interventions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and family members Complete timely and accurate documentation Equipment Provided Company-issued clinician bag Company-issued tablet for documentation, scheduling, and patient care management Requirements Current and active Occupational Therapist (COTA) license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Current TB clearance (TB test or chest X-ray, as applicable) Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Home health experience preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
