PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely under the direction of our occupational therapists to implement therapeutic programs and assist patients in a variety of activities designed to restore their capabilities. Responsibilities Assist occupational therapists in evaluating patients' medical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Implement therapeutic plans and exercises under the supervision of occupational therapists. Monitor patient progress and report on their response to treatments. Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and exercises. Maintain patient records and document care provided. Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean and organized. Assist in the acquisition and adaptation of assistive devices for patients.
