- Responsible for implementing occupational therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Education
- Associate's degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant Licenses and Certification
- Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545)
- BLS Experience and Skills
Technical Experience:
N/A Role Specific Responsibilities- Implements Plan of Care
- Measures and communicates progress towards goals
- Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
- Provides supervision to rehab techs and students Inpatient
- Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $26.
