Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services across both assisted living facilities in Crest Hill and Joliet, Illinois.

Net Health Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Follow individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence. Monitor residents' progress and report updates or concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment. Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team. Qualifications Active and current Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between both facilities. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
