We are hiring for both Staff COTA roles and a Director of Rehab position. Direct Patient Care:

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services following an established OT plan of care.

Compliance & Metrics:

Maintain strict adherence to state, federal, and facility documentation rules while ensuring billing accuracy.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

Partner seamlessly with nursing, medical staff, PTs, and administration to provide comprehensive resident care. Qualifications & Requirements Active state license or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Illinois. Strong leadership skills (for Director of Rehab candidates) or passion for direct resident care (Staff roles). Strong communication, clinical, and organizational abilities.
