Key Qualifications:

Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably school-based Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals Organizational skills to manage a full caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support IEP objectives Document student progress, session notes, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to foster student success and inclusion Participate in team meetings to discuss student goals and progress Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and ethical guidelines for therapy practice in a school setting
