PRN / Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Staffing Strategies is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) interested in flexible PRN opportunities with a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Morrow, Ohio . This position is ideal for a COTA looking to earn additional income, pick up extra hours around another position, or maintain a flexible PRN schedule . We are interested in therapists with both regular and occasional availability.

Pay:

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the OT Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living and functional tasks Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence Monitor and document resident progress Communicate with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary care team Educate residents and caregivers regarding therapeutic techniques, safety, and adaptive strategies Complete required documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Ohio COTA license in good standing Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills New graduates with appropriate licensure are welcome to apply Looking for extra PRN hours?
