This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for a flexible contract position with the potential for full-time hours .

Rehabilitation Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Carry out individualized plans of care designed to improve functional independence Assist patients with ADLs, mobility, strengthening, coordination and adaptive techniques Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Educate patients, families and caregivers as appropriate Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support positive patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Indiana COTA license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current CPR/BLS certification preferred SNF, LTC or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong communication, documentation and patient-care skills New graduates with appropriate clinical experience are encouraged to apply If you're a COTA looking for a competitive-paying opportunity in Northern Indiana, we'd love to connect with you!
