Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Ayer Valley Rehab and Nursing | Ayer, MA $30-$33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Ayer Valley Rehab and Nursing. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve everyday function, develop greater independence, and reach meaningful rehabilitation goals. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT Monitor resident progress and communicate treatment updates to the therapy team Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $30-$33/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active Massachusetts COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking to build your clinical experience while helping residents regain skills and greater independence, we'd love to hear from you.
