  • 40/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park.
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents strengthen everyday skills and regain confidence with the activities that matter most to them. What You'll Do Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Support residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Implement treatment programs established by the supervising OT Track resident progress and communicate relevant updates to the therapy team Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Work collaboratively with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals What We Offer $36
