$1,000.00 Make a Difference While Maintaining Work-Life Balance We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis in Brighton, Michigan. Responsibilities Occupational Therapist (OT) Complete patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients. Establish functional goals and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs. Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist patients in achieving established treatment goals. Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress. Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately. Support patient and caregiver education initiatives. Qualifications Occupational Therapist (OT) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Michigan OT license in good standing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current Michigan OTA license in good standing. Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a therapy team. Required Qualifications:
A Michigan Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligible for licensing
