Administrative Assistant-Occupational Therapy (.5 FTE) College of St Scholastica Inc - 4.2 Duluth, MN Job Details Part-time $18.00 - $22.83 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Phone answering Office activity coordination Filing Cultural competency Data management Typing Office record organization Full Job Description Job Description To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the School of Health Professions (SHP), with primary responsibility for the Department of Medical Science, including the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Medicine program, and the Department of Occupational Therapy, including the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program. This is a cross-departmental position designed to enhance administrative capacity, improve coordination and communication, and support the effective operation and continued development of both programs. The position coordinates information and activities among students, faculty, department leadership, administrators, internal College departments, clinical partners, accrediting bodies, and other external agencies. The position is responsible for developing, managing, maintaining, and supporting administrative, operational, regulatory, assessment, and programmatic processes within the School of Health Professions. Required Qualifications Three years of job-related experience. Demonstrated ability to work within a team. Strong written and oral communication skills. Cultural competence in effectively working with a diverse population. Understanding of and willingness to embrace the Benedictine values. Ability to simultaneously manage and coordinate a large number of varying tasks. Proficient in data management and computer skills Basic office skills required: keyboarding, filing, and answering telephones. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience in project support Experience in grant support At least five years of successful office or administrative support experience Proficiency with electronic record keeping and office organizational tools (software)
