Job Description

Oasis Therapy Services is committed to providing exceptional therapy services to seniors in a welcoming and supportive environment. Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Team Lead Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services and assist with therapy operations in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings in Litchfield, Minnesota.
EMR:
Net Health Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy interventions delegated by and under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Carry out treatment plans focused on activities of daily living, functional mobility, safety, and independence. Monitor residents' progress and report changes, concerns, or the need for reevaluation to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Participate in care conferences within the COTA's scope of practice. Serve as a liaison among residents, facility staff, and the therapy team. Assist the Director of Rehabilitation with assigned administrative and non-clinical managerial tasks. Complete accurate and timely Net Health documentation. Qualifications Active and current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Active
NBCOT COTA
certification in good standing. Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current CPR certification. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and documentation skills. Geriatric, independent living, assisted living, memory care, or rehabilitation experience is preferred. Why Join Oasis?
