Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) by delivering therapeutic interventions to students Work one-on-one or in small groups to improve fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills Accurately document student progress and therapy sessions Consult with supervising occupational therapists as well as educators and support staff Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and family communication
