What We're Looking For:

Active COTA licensure in the state is required Experience or passion for pediatric care, especially within school environments Ability to develop rapport with students, teachers, and families Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility and a proactive approach to adapting therapy interventions as needed Previous experience in a school or similar setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering individualized and group occupational therapy services for students, following treatment plans established by licensed occupational therapists Monitor progress and document student performance, communicating updates with supervising therapists and educational teams Support students in achieving IEP goals related to motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities Adapt materials, strategies, and environments to improve student access and participation in classrooms Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
