Job Description

This role is ideal for those holding either an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license, eager to support a diverse range of student needs within a supportive school environment. With a variety of caseloads available and 12 openings, you'll be able to flex your skills and make a meaningful impact.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid OT or COTA license (required) Experience working with children or adolescents preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Collaborative approach to working with educators and families Willingness to adapt interventions to meet varied student goals Organizational skills for effective case management
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Assess students strengths and needs to develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress Maintain accurate records and progress reports Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic activities to support student development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of supports Serve multiple classrooms and grade levels, adjusting interventions to fit changing caseloads This position offers a chance to help students thrivesupporting them in their academic, social, and motor skill development.
