We're hiring occupational therapists and COTAs to work with neurodivergent kids and kids with complex medical needs. Full-time here is 28-30 visits per week, a real number, not a floor you're expected to beat. You get paid a driving allowance and for your reporting. You choose your setting and build your own schedule. About ABI We provide speech-language therapy, AAC evaluation and intervention, occupational therapy and sensory regulation, feeding support, executive function support, and parent coaching to families across Nevada. Autism, AAC and complex communication are our core focus, not an add-on service line. The kids on your caseload are the ones you trained for, and the clinicians around you know this population as well as you do. Our care is neuroaffirming by design . We support the child in front of us, their communication, regulation and autonomy, rather than working toward a neurotypical performance. Feeding work is pressure-free and autonomy-respecting. Caregivers are treated as partners, because they're the people with the child all week. What you'll do
Evaluate and treat children with autism, ADHD, sensory differences and complex medical needs
Build motor, regulation and daily-living goals around your client's actual environments — home, school, mealtimes
Coach caregivers so progress continues between sessions
Collaborate with SLPs, AAC specialists and feeding clinicians on shared cases (many of our kids use AAC devices; if that's new to you, you'll learn it here)
Keep clear, timely documentation What we offer Pay stated plainly. $60
70 per visit for OTs, $45
55 per visit for COTAs, with additional pay for gas and for reporting.
No mystery bonus structures. Flexible scheduling. 28-30 visits per week is full-time. Early starts, compressed weeks, school-hours-only, build it around your life. Your choice of setting. Clinic, in-home, or hybrid with some telehealth, in Las Vegas or Reno. PTO and benefits for full-time roles. A CEU budget. Bring us the AAC, feeding or sensory integration training you want. We'd rather fund it than watch you outgrow the job. Clinical autonomy, with backup. You run your caseload and make the clinical calls. You're not doing it alone — there's a team of specialists here who will pick up the phone. Specialty depth. Our AAC and autism caseload is experience that's genuinely hard to find elsewhere in Nevada. You will get better at this work here. What we're looking for
Licensed or license-eligible as an OT or COTA in Nevada
Strong documentation and time-management skills, you can carry your own caseload
Commitment to clinical excellence and family-centered care
BLS certification, annual physical and TB test Pediatric, AAC, feeding or sensory integration experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.
