Job Description

@Home Therapy is growing and is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem home health visits in the Elmhurst area. This position is designed for a clinician who enjoys practical, hands-on therapy and wants the freedom to work in a flexible field-based environment. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients put their treatment goals into practice during real-life activities in their own homes.

You May Be Responsible For:

Delivering treatment interventions according to the established plan of care. Helping patients improve performance with everyday activities. Reinforcing exercises, safety strategies, and therapeutic techniques. Supporting the use of adaptive tools and equipment. Providing feedback about patient progress to the supervising OT. Assisting with patient and caregiver education.
